Welcome to today's presentation of PEAB's final communiqué for 2024. My name is Johan Hartman and I am the CEO of PEAB. As usual, I am standing next to Jesper Göransson, PEAB's CEO, and Niclas Winkvist, PEAB's CFO. Welcome Jesper. Thank you very much Johan. Welcome everyone. We will go through our quarter's results and our year's results for 2024. We will start by taking a look at the results for March. Och vår rekrytering under 2024 landade på 39% kvinnor där. Så där var vi över målet.

Och att vi delar upp den på två utbetalningstillfällen tycker jag känns bra utifrån ett utbildningsperspektiv inom bolaget.
