Thank you, operator. Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to those on the call today, and thank you for attending our Q1 conference call. Before we get started, I would like to Preface this with we hope you all walk away with three fundamental takeaways. First, with our production facility in Galesburg, Illinois, working with our alliance partner, we have proven capability. We've proven we can produce our products at a cost and a quality that fully enable our business plan. Second, the customer response to our products and the market growth for proteins, in particular plant proteins, has exceeded our expectations. Put those two together.
