Thank you and good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining us today as we talk about our 2022 operations and financial results. Moving on to slide two, on the call with me today is Ewan Downey, CEO, Matt Gilley, President and Chief Operating Officer, Ryan Snow, Chief Financial Officer and myself, Executive Vice President, so I'll be here to answer any questions you have for you at the end of the call. So, with that, I'm going to turn over to slide 4 and have you and Downey start off the call.
