Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to our Q3 Conference Call. I'd like to introduce on our call from Northwest this afternoon Amanda Sutton, our VT Legal and Corporate Secretary, John King. our Chief Financial Officer, Alex Yeo, who is the President of our Canadian Retail Group, and Dan McConnell, who is the President of our International Retail Group.
